Cook 250 g of pumpkin flesh (15′) and press it by using a fork. Then mix in two beaten eggs, sugar (200 g), flour (250 g), baking powder (16g), yeast (a sachet), spices (a teaspoon not including nutmeg), raisin (previously soaked in water and Marsala wine). If the resulting mixture is too dense, add some milk. Grease a baking pan (24-26 diameter) with butter and sprinkle it with crunched Amaretti biscuits. After baking, garnish with caster sugar.
