The association “Zucca Berrettina”
The association “Zucca Berrettina” includes a pool of people involved in the recovery project. Purpose of the association is to promote recovery and knowledge of the landrace. Every year on the first Sunday of October, volunteers work at organizing an event which takes place in the main square of the village of Lungavilla. The lunch is entirely dedicated to taste pumpkin recipes. The event is also an occasion of meeting for farmers and associations involved in the conservation of crops biodiversity.
